If you "got it" the first time then I have no idea whatsoever why you would have quoted that particular post and tried to tie it to some "druggie" reference as it clearly had no aspersions to claim any use of drugs at all.

Nitrous oxide is an anaesthetic when mixed with oxygen basically, so technically a drug yes.
But its common name is laughing gas....
