Agreed. I purchased an Octave V40se from them and loved it but wanted more. They worked with me to get the V70 Class A.  Mike and Aaron are both Class A people. Great store, selection and electronics.

I’m hesitant to name the product as my experience was positive and I would purchase the product again. (I hope you understand.) I own other products made by the manufacturer as well, with no issues.

Just want to chime in with another thumbs-up for Safe and Sound Audio in Chicopee, MA!  I purchased a CD player from them years ago.  I still use it and am still very pleased with its performance.  Whenever I am in the market for a new toy, I definitely check in with Safe and Sound and, yes, Aaron is super helpful and super accommodating!  I heard recently that they've opened a new location and have a much better sound room, now.  That should be even more helpful to serious audiophiles who want to go have a listen.
