Rubber Gasket around midrange - B&W 804D

Hi.  The rubber gasket around my midrange on my 804D has cracks on the surface.  Still sounds great.  Does anyone else have this?  I would not think it traveled all the way in where the speaker is attached.  Seems too much trouble just to replace a gasket.  It is so unsightly.

Feedback of any kind is appreciated.

Never mind.  I poked into it with a toothpick and it doesn’t go all the way through.  Hope it stops there.

Oh, and not so piece of cake for me.  Looks like it would have to be disassembled from the back.  My local audio guy has no experience with B&W.
