RTR Restoration svcs

Newbie here. I have two decks I recently acquired. A Akai GX635D, and a Teac X-10R. Both decks need work. Motors don't appear to be spinning. I'm looking for some good recommendations on who anyone has used for restoring RTR's.  I'm in the North San Diego county area, so driving to LA, or OC is not a problem.

Also, some advice on what to watch out for would be appreciated. Thanks.
