Rotel RMB985 as a 3 channel amp with Denon 3700 AVR

My plan is to replace my Marantz AVR with a Denon 3700H and use My Rotel RMB985 to power my fronts and center speakers. Currently the fronts are B&W 602 S2 bookshelf's on stands and still looking for a center to compliment the 602's. Is this a viable setup? I want to add phono later using the Denon MM input. Currently using Paradigm 110 center and not getting any punch and lackluster mid range. Using SVS PB1 Plus sub, which I like, to cover the low end. Appreciate any suggestions on center speakers and whether the Rotel is a good option for the front three speakers.
