Rotel RB-870BX + RC-850 service manuals...?

Hi there, this is my first post on these forums, they seem to be the right place to ask Rotel related questions!
Got the RB-870BX power and RC-850 pre a few months ago and have been tinkering around inside but can't find the service manuals for either of these anywhere! Googling leads to dead ends and I have emailed Rotel to no reply... so goodness knows I would be eternally grateful if anyone here could help!
