Rotel Michi vs Hegel

My personal experience of these amps is through ownership of a Rotel Michi X3 series 1. I don’t use the DAC in the X3 so it’s not important in my case.

I watched a number of reviews online. Ultimately is this a personal preference or are there significant differences between their house sound?

Of course, its model dependent, still asking about that house sound.
