Room Correction: Should I disconnect my REL Subwoofers before running room correction?

I have a NAD C 658 Streamer / Dac with Dirac room correction.  I have a pair of REL Subwoofers R 528 connected/ integrated to the mains.  I’m wondering if it would be best to run room correction with the subs connected or to run without and then tune the RELS after.

Did you buy the full version of Dirac live or are you running the  free version that comes with the NAD? The free version only goes from 20hz - 500hz so I would leave the subs on,  doesn't the instructions tell you how to set the subwoofer?
I would run it again from the beginning when it asks about subs say yes it assumes you’re integrating them with either small or large main speakers. You might have to adjust the sub volume on the sub or it might allow it in the software but it should have a volume bar in the RC and you will need to adjust until it matches the main speakers. You can keep the crossover on the sub at the max. It's only going to correct below 500hz.
