The first five or so Stones albums sounded as if they were recorded in a closet using a 10 dollar mic. It would be interesting to get a sense if the new pressings are listenable.
Rolling Stones Self Titled Decca Mono LP...
Has any one heard the difference between a 1st pressing Decca Red Label unboxed mono and a 3rd pressing Decca Red Label boxed mono. Just wondering if there is a big difference? Any insights would be appreciated. Most of the early Rolling Stones records I have are unboxed Red label mono and I love em... This is for there self titled LP....
