Rogue Audio Cronus vs. EL34 DIY kit

I'm looking for a new amplifier base on an EL34 push-pull design. My first choice is a Rogue Audio Cronus and the other one is an Audio Note kit (L4 Series Power Amplifier). A friend of mine can assembled it for me. He is a professionnal audio technician.

I'm wondering which one is a better value considering the qualities of the parts and labour and its sonic qualities.
I prefer an integrated but I'm open to separated.

Which one to choose? Any other suggestions for an EL34 push-pull kit are welcomed.
