Rogers LS7ts

I have a pair of Rogers LS7t speakers with everything in mint condition besides some scratches on the bottom of one of the speakers and the dust caps came off because of the glue drying over the years and never using them like I did when I bought them.  I have the original stands and Ecoteric Audio USA HI FI cable from when I purchased them.  Even without the dust caps they still sound exceptionally great.  Due to financial situations I need to sell them but I've been ripped off before on eBay and don't want to go through that again. I have my listing saved but had a few questions about being a new seller.  One of them is which is the best method for payment in order to receive the money quickest and also how long would that be?
