RM9 won't turn on - switch?

My RM9 won't power up. I pulled the bottom covered and didn't see any mainline fuses. Is the switch the likely culprit?

They looked good but I will check with a meter. The filaments don’t light which is why suspect problem in the mains.

Checked the power switch with meter and it was open in both switch positions. Its a MkII, found some switches on Amazon but had to buy 15 for $7. Must be really good at that price.
