RIP oregonpapa

Today, oregonpapa (Frank) passed away. He will be greatly missed by many of us on Audiogon. I got to know him about a year ago personally, having had many phone calls with him over that time. He was a delightfully kind man, who freely shared his wisdom with others. Bedsides high end audio, , Frank was very knowlegable about world history and politics. Good bye my friend. Jeff

So sorry to hear! He is a really good audiophile, and bring a lot of good message on this forum.

Frank  was intelligent , friendly and a real gentleman.

He was a real asset to the Audiogon community and will be greatly missed.

So sad. I was just getting to know him through the SR fuse postings. See you in the new world.

This is very sad news. I always thought that "oregonpapa" was one of the most balanced, down-to-earth guys on this forum. We will miss him.
