Richie Havens new CD

Just returned from B&N, saw a new CD from Richie, bought it, playing now. I find it a great pleasure to see an unexpected recording from a favorite artist. To my ears his last three (this one included) discs re-establish the man as a legend. Live he is great, compelling.

I still have a hard time hearing the name "Richie Havens" and getting past National Lampoon's treatment of him on the Lemmings album from 1973...
