resolution audio opus 21 cd player

i need somme help for my resolution audio opus 21 cd player

I have an opus 21 since 2005 and i want to bypass the volume control on my xlr output.It will be connect with m’y fully  differential preamp.I know that it was possible to make a modification by GNSC to remove this control volume but I can't find anything on the web since the designer of GNSC joined the audio resolution team to create the cantata.

Has someone made the change? or photos? or a listing of the tasks to be performed (desoldering a particular component, etc.)
