Replacing the top and bottom plates of MBL speaker

Has anyone replace the top and/or bottom plate of the MBL 111E MR/TW module or the 121 monitors?.....Is this something easy to do or do I have to sent it to a specialist at MBL?..

My MBL 111E top plates where it holds the grill has some scratch and the bottom plates where the spike's feet are screw in has some scratch also.
