Replacement Shipping Cartons for Audio Research Corp Equipment

I need replacement cartons & packing materials for 2 ARC pieces: LS17SE & a DAC8.  

I have read in multiple places that one can order replacement sets directly from the ARC website.  I just thoroughly perused their website &, if that feature is there, I was unable to find it.  Does anyone in these forums have experience or knowledge on how to obtain replacement shipping cartons & packing materials for ARC equipment?
