Replacement for M33

A few years ago I bought a NAD33 to pair with KEF LS50 Metas and a pair of KC62s. I was a happy camper.

Six months ago something failed in the unit. No sound came out of the speaker outs although the headphone jack worked. Off it went, back to the dealer and then to the authorized NAD service center for warranty work. Fast forward to today and the amp is still at the service center. It seems that they are awaiting a part for the unit that NAD does not provide, and must be obtained from a third party. It is a frustrating and sad story and, while I loved what the NAD offered, I am regretting purchasing the unit.

Looking for recommendations for something(s) to replace it with that would offer a similar combination of features: streaming, DAC, DIRAC, clean power, Blutooth, WiFi, Roon ready, HDMI Arc, etc.

we are an Nad dealer it really depends who the "authorized" repair center is many  small independent  service centers may be authorized but are not really equipped to service Nad at the same level the big repair facilities I would investigate who this facility is

the other option would be to use a Node with a good amplifier the Node would provide streaming, DAC, DIRAC, Bluetooth, WiFi, Roon ready, HDMI Arc, and the amplifier would provide the amplifier an perhaps have an even better dac

we have a few ideas on the amplifiers for you to consider.

Service center is in GA. I’ve written to NAD and have had back and forth correspondence with them but they haven’t suggested any options, and I know tge service center has spoken with them as well.

what options would you suggest?
