Replace Old Altec 15's with JBL L890's?

I wouldnt, but depends on if you made the right mods and didnt destroy the great sound these had when orignal. To me modified Altecs are always less valuble from a collectors stand point and usualy dont sound as good as orignal. But I do understand many need some work some times you just got to do what you must;)

The 12" I put in are OK but should probably be replaced if I am going to keep these. Any suggestions?

Find a Altec 12in. Pretty sure the orignal was a RCA.
