Repair Outfit for Older DACs?

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who'd be willing to repair an older DAC in North America (preferably USA) and hopefully inexpensively ... My EAD DSP-7000 mk3 suddenly refuses to lock onto signal for SPDIF
