Guess I shouldn't have allowed myself a bit of hyperbolic enthusiasm when what I was really wanting was an answer from someone who might know something that I simply don't know. I prefer vinyl. And I love Jack and Meg White's little band. I'm wondering if I will ever find their fifth recording on vinyl.
"Get Behind Me Satan" on vinyl
Is there any reason to believe that "Get Behind Me Satan" by the White Stripes will ever see a general release on vinyl? (I know all about the few hundred promo copies.) I just ordered the vinyl of "Icky Thump," and I've got the first four records on vinyl -- and the Raconteurs, too -- so I'd truly love to fill in my collection of the best rock 'n' roll band of the new millenneum without having to spend hundreds of bucks on eBay for a promo copy of "Satan." If anyone has any information, I'd love to hear it. Thanks. -- Howard
