Changing the tweet is a minor job, but ---- the tweet is a special focal unit. You will have to purchase it from Wilson Audio. You may want to consider a matched pair. Or they may want you to send in you other tweet to match it for you.
I doubt it's the resistors, they're a lot more robust than are the tweets.
