Quicksilver v4 vs M-135

I am considering either the Quicksilver M-135 or V4 Monos. Can anyone compare the two sonically? In particular I am interested in how romantic/tubey one might be versus the other, how smooth and/or rolled off the treble might be, and how controlled is the bass? I realize which tubes one uses makes a big difference, but I appreciate anyone's experiences. 

Would be driving a pair of verity audio parsifal Encore speakers. The preamp is a Thor ta-1000. Just to share some of my listening by us I am not a neutrality guy but rather someone who wants most recordings to sound Musical and I don't mind a little treble roll off and I must have a big full mid-range. I listen to a range of music from Jazz to Blues to classical to rock but I don't listen at Extremely Loud levels.
