Sub
DVD player as source
This is used as a music only system however if I hooked up my DVD-player to a TV and watched movies on this exact system would the LF material being played differ than if I was to have a full blown 5.1 system? I am wondering if the bass informatiion being sent in a 5.1 differs because it is a dedicated mixed channel. I don't have bass managment. My subwoofer is connected via speaker terminals, no dedicated subwoofer connection.
