Questions on relocation of Balanced Audio Technology (BAT) from Delaware to California

Can anyone discuss what happened with the move of BAT company from Delaware to California? There was a brief mention of this on the Music Direct site (current owners of BAT) but no more than that was disclosed. Asking as many manufacturing companies are moving out of California into other states.
