Question about Usher demo disc

Hey Folks,

I recently aquired the famed Usher demo disc and I had a question about one track in particular. Track number 6 titled "You make me wanna" is an amazing acoustic guitar recording.

I absolutely love the sound of a well recorded acoustic guitar performance and was wondering what this genre of music would be classified under. Flamenco guitar comes to mind but I'm not sure this is the type of music that this track belongs with.

I was wondering if anyone could help identify the genre and also provide either some artists and or albums that are the same type of music and happen to be well recorded. I know this is a tall order but I know the community here is very well-versed.
