After quite a wait, I received my restored ESL 57's from Quads Unlimited about 3-4 months ago. 
Well, they were definitely worth the wait. Just, freaking incredible. I power them the an Air Tight ATM-2 (KT 88 power amp), and Air Tight ATC-1 pre. This system is in my Whiskey bar (which may explain why it sounds so good), not really. It rivals the $100K system that I have in my living room. 
I am never getting rid of these speakers, and Wayne Piquet, is a genius.

Your feedback is appreciated. The Quad distributor, MOFI Distro, recommends HiFi Heaven repairs in VA. 

FYI for those who are interested, I have found Sheldon Stokes of SDS Audio. His information and pricing for complete repair is very reasonable and his work is impeccable.
