QRT Technology only in Nordost products...

It seem that way. Quantum QRT has ceased to exist as a USA company and it looks that the only one licensed to use this technology is Nordost to the detriment of consumers. Audio Magic and Walker Audio used to have this technology in their products. If you visit their sites there is no mention of this technology in their products anymore. Walker's Velocitor does not have that technology anymore. I believe this Nordost products are not affordable anymore and the availability is very limited with this move. Even the QV2 modules are way too costly.
