what you are hearing is called cross-talk between inputs.

It can be an issue with some components caused by insufficient isolation between inputs. It shouldn't happen and normally doesn't on high quality equipment. In my experience it is more likely with cheaper components. It reflects the cost cutting and circuit topology to meet a price point.
