I found the Nirvana cables to be very close in performance to the Purist Maximus. The Colossus, on the other hand, I found to be a better sounding cable than the Nirvana. It was more transparent and offered better soundstaging.
The new Purist Audio Museaus, which is very reasonably priced, kills the Nirvana cables as well as the older Purist Maximus and Colossus cables. The Museaus may be the biggest bargain out there when it comes to interconnects and speaker cables.
