Keep in mind that Ali Express is only a platform, much like Amazon.  Your experience will depend on the individual vendor you are dealing with.  Having said that, I have purchased a couple items from Ali.  A couple sets of Psvane Tubes.  I have found the vendors to be quite prompt at answering questions and the product arrived in a timely fashion by DHL.  Often with Chinese tubes, you can deal directly with the manufacturer on their own retail site.  In the case of a warranty issue, I would prefer to be dealing direct.   Cheers.

The best prices I've gotten lately have come from Leif, from Tonal Tubes.  I even found him on facebook marketplace
