PS Audio TRIO A-100 Fotos Request Voltage Conversi

I need help - bought a PS Audio Trio A100 power amp with Icepower 250 boards and cant get a conversion to 230V 240V from 100-120V . PS Audio does not want to help they told me if i buy another trio they will tell me how to change it. I am not happy with the anwser got already Trio Preamp , Classic AM250 power amp and a Premier so i dumpt a lot of money in PS Audio.
What i need are Photos from a board of 230V PS Audio so i can compare it. The Ice Power 250 ASC are working with 100-240V but PS made some small modification like a jumper or resistor. Please help! PS: If somebody wants can send datasheet about TRIO preamp conversion to any voltage.
