PS Audio Elite help, please.

Hope this isn't a duplicate post, as earlier attempt vanished!
Anyway, I am restoring a PS Audio Elite & have a few questions.

What is the fuse value in the power supply?

How are the zobel RC networks connected? (the binding posts were removed & the RC were left loose in the chassis, leaving just the 2 yellow wires hanging free)

The wires from the phono RCA input jacks were cut & it looks like only the pos. wires were ever connected. Was there a neg. wire connecting to the RCA input jack? The neg. of the jack is connected to the neg. bus & the phono preamp is grounded to the star gnd., but don't see a wire from the phono amp to the RCA jack gnd.
