Proceed HPA 3 to an Odyssey Amp?? -

Hey all.

I have a Proceed HPA 3 that I enjoy. I am a fan of its power and its natural tone. I know the amp is getting old and it can be fixed but recently I have been looking at the Odyssey HT-3 loaded. I know its less power but I have heard excellent things about this amp.

The Proceed though is very stout with a great output section...any personal takes? Some say the Odyssey will blow the Proceed out of the water....but....
