Proceed CD Library

Anyone know anything about a Proceed CD Library player from long ago?

It never sold. I asked, begged, pleaded to let me buy it. It finally sold for $400($10k in '91!)over a decade later.

I was going to have it in my l barracks room(Air Force) which would've replaced the Pioneer PD-75(ended up with a PS Audio Lambda and Ultralink 2).
