Proceed AVP2

Hi,

I recently bought this pre-amp on eBay. Connected the S-video through a scart adapter to my tv, no picture on the screen. No clue of course if connections are working properly, but when pressing the menu button on the remote, the display on Proceed shows: UP M

Does anybody know what this message means?
