Problem with the Installation of MUTEC-3

Dear All

I have recently purchased a MUTEC MC-3+ Smart Clock USB. I downloaded the driver from website mutec-net.com (file MUTEC_USB2.0AudioDriverSetup_v3.30.0) for the installation. But my laptop did not regconize the device with the message:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Indicates two revision levels are incompatible

I reinstalled and disconnected and reconnected many times but the situation remained the same. In foobar, the Mutec USB Audio ASIO Driver is still available.

Please help me to resolve the problem.
