ProAc Response D30R Floorstanding Speakers

$7999.00 Soft Dome $8500.00 Ribbon is rather pricey.

I listened to the D40R ( which probably would be a good comparison for the D30R) and just loved the sound of these speakers with the ribbon tweeter. I was considering buying then until I heard the price of $11,000.
Maybe it is just me , but i feel that is way overpriced.

It make take some time for these to filter into the dealers to be available to audition. I would like to hear what it sounds like myself and how it compares to the Response D Two and D28.
