Pro-ject phono box USB

Anyone have any experience with this device? I was thinking of getting a Korg or Alseis(sp), but I really just want to use it for my iPod, so it didn't seem worth the time or expense of the better A to D converters.

But I don't want it to sound like crap-ola, so I was wondering if anyone had used the Pro-ject to convert vinyl?

wondering what software to use, and how it sounds?
