Primare Pre 30 service

Hello All,

I used to heard crackle from left channel I had it looked at already by a local electronics shop. He found a couple of dry solders and he fixed. No service done.

Looks like i hear crackling sometimes again. Any recommendations who can service and recap Primare Pre30 around central NJ.
