Pretty low tech question

Hello:  Question for the community:  Is there a good music speaker/docking station for use with flash/thumb drives?  I am about through with iTunes and would like to have portability of music without the hassle of iTunes.  Would like a device that would sort my music same as my car audio system does and have decent sound.  A lot to ask, I know.  Any advice would be appreciated.
