preamp/ streamer/ dac to use with parasound halo a21

Hi, looking for suggestions for a preamp/ streamer/ dac to use with my parasound halo A21 amp and paradigm signature s6 v2 speakers. To date, I have been using a sonos connect with my arcam avr360 (which just died)- but only running 2 channel system.

Have been looking online at preamp/streamer/dac combos that should be a big upgrade from my arcam and sonos, such as...

Ayre QX-5 Twenty
Elac Alchemy DDP2

(if I can find a used one at a decent price)

Not sure if any of these would sound good with a parasound a21. Might have to think about upgrading the amp. Then I'll probably need to upgrade the speakers too...
