Pre and Phono to use with a CA-2200 Dunlavy combo

I am considering buying a classe CA-2200 to use with a pair of Dunlavy IV-A...The major part of my decision to buy or not to buy the CA-2200 is what preamps w. phono options do I have. I'd really like to have a great MC phono stage included in the pre-amp, because I really like to keep things as simple as possible. Any help and suggestion is appreciated.
