Power supply caps for CJ PV-5

speak with Ed in repairs at CJ? He is excellent and generally is available if you call CJ in Virginia...number on the website. He is great, and i have known him for many years and owned CJ for nearly 15 years (consecutively).

Agree with Lloydelee21 -- RHB Sound Dezign has their own design that allows them to actually install V-Caps in your power supply if you want. For more budget-conscious, they can put Auricaps in, which is still amazing. It's around $700. I got the Auricaps. My CJ PV12 took off like a rocket, it sounds SO much more dynamic. You have to hear it to believe it. Good luck.

Unfortunately.... sadly, Ed has retired and there is no one there to answer those types of questions. I don't know what's going on with C/J. I have used auracaps in my updates and they are an excellent sounding cap.
