Power regulation/conditioning-PS Audio or Monster?

I'm completely new to these tweaks - I have been looking at two schools of thought on this subject.

PS Audio (P300/600, etc.)
Monster HTPS 7000/AVS 2000

Any thoughts or experience?

Really helped make the music more enjoyable and smoother. The AVS 2000 keeps the voltage at 120 and stops major fluctuations. A definite must in my area. I had the ps 300 about 2 years ago and did not make a difference in the sound.
