It appears the primary side of power transformer is a dual winding transformer. Changing the voltage from 110 to 220 requires removing one jumper and changing another from one position to another.
What you have now is the two primary windings are in parallel with one another, 120V. For 220V they need to be in series with one another.

Study the drawing carefully. (Changes will be made in the square block area of the wiring diagram). When you think you know what you need to do to remove a jumper and change a tie connector from one connection to another, post back first before you attempt to make the changes.
NOTE: Before you will make the changes you need to buy a new AC line fuse for the amp. The size will need to be 1/2 of what it now.
