power cables construction. Braided.

I currently have some high end cardas, on the amps, and homebrew on others. the home, are fully shielded, 10 gage, Teflon, OCC, silver. they are sortabraided.

I got some good, braided, OCC, solid, varying gage conductor sixteen individual wire for to replace.

These are NOT shielded, but are tightly braided.

Can I expect good rejection etc, with the tight braiding, enough to forgo any copper shielding?

Will I miss the silver coating on the OCC copper?

I intend to create perfect, IN SITU length power cords, minimum length.

But I want to assure that I will not introduce the likelihood of interaction with the signal cables.

I have some unshielded pure silver RCAs.

Is physical separation of power from signal needed, or more/equally effective?

Would a metal pipe etc, to contain the power cords, away from signal be effective?
