No, not really, but the parts you need to build one are all off the shelf plug and play units. Just go to an RV store or Auto parts store and purchase the following:
1.a 12 volt battery with decent cca's
2.a 12 volt to 110 volt adapter (buy the expensive kind)
3.a 110 volt, 12 volt battery conditioner/charger
4.hook every thing up.
tweak this formula as necessary but that's the basics.
