I should have stated it differently.
Sellers: don't post an inflated MSRP to try to make your price look better. It's really easy to check out, and it just makes you look untrustworthy.
(I was browsing for a new amp and noticed several mis-quoted original prices, one in particular for a pair of monoblocks that are available direct from the manufacturer and the price is on their order page.)
