Portable speaker build

I have recently acquired two UE mega booms that decided to not work anymore. From these I have salvaged the batteries and speakers plus the bass radiators. I have seen a bunch of amp boards online for these types of home builds. however I am unsure of the output from these. Nobody on the internet seems to have a viable answer. I am also unaware of the model, for example the first generation or second.
